Macro Monday - Spider

This is only one of the many, many spiderpics I
shot during this weekend.
*
I've never been able to get this kind of pics before.
This time I managed to get them, probably because I
actully tried to adjust my camera settings for the first time.
*
I know, I've had my camera since 2009 and havn't done anything...
But on the other hand, now I know why I should fuss around with some of the settings....
*
And yes, this is one of the better. Both spider and webb is in some kind of focus and
no strange lightning effects..
*
In short: The photo above means a huge step for me!!
If I dare to fuss with the settings ever again...

  2. That's a great shot! I got a new camera last February and I'm still afraid to change the settings!

  3. Very clever! And the bokeh is a little patch of green magic highlighting web and spider!

  4. Hi there - thats a nice picture of a spider. I am happy to take such pictures - but a long lens helps!
